Refund & Return Policy for GT Auto Logistics

At GT Auto Logistics, we take pride in the quality of our parts and the precision of our paint-matching services. Because our work often involves custom labor and vehicle-specific parts, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the specialized nature of the automotive industry.

 

1. Custom Painted Parts & Services

  • Non-Refundable: Once a part has been custom-painted to your vehicle’s specific OEM paint code, it is considered a custom product. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any painted parts.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order that includes painting, you must do so before the paint mixing process begins. Once paint is mixed or applied, the deposit for that service is non-refundable.

 

2. Unpainted Parts (Returnable)

For parts that have not been painted or installed:

  • Return Window: You may return unpainted parts within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Condition: Parts must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in "as-new" condition.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns on unpainted parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the logistics of sourcing and returning items to our suppliers.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

3. Professional Installation Services

  • Labor Charges: Fees for labor and installation are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • Deposits: Deposits made to secure an installation date are refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Shipping Damage: If a part arrives damaged from a carrier, you must refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt (as outlined in our Shipping Policy).

  • Defects: If a part is found to have a manufacturer defect prior to installation, we will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
